Membership	Brainstorm membership level improvements, giveaways; develop content for flyers/signage to promote membership; work during residency events	Main work from June to end of July; usually involves at least one meeting with exec board to nail down membership details/giveaways. Membership chair(s) is usually heavily involved in working the Booster table during the July residency event (where most of our memberships are collected)	Ideal for someone who can handle a burst of work in June/July; rest of year is mostly monitoring

TouchPro	Coordinate data entry at the end of each season into TouchPro portal	Throughout the year	Someone looking for a moderate level of volunteer commitment who has a comfort level with computers and attention to detail is the ideal chairperson for this role
True Blue	Coordinate getting 10-20 ‘true blue’ cards (already made) to staff at home football games and 3-4 home basketball games. The cards are given out by the RB staff to students for free concession items (students selected for showing true blue spirit like following the night’s theme especially well or showing a lot of enthusiasm for the game)	Fall and Winter Seasons	Low level commitment; great for someone who will be at football and basketball games already
Booster Scholarship	Coordinate committee, liaise with school for scholarship materials (already prepared), moderate discussion to identify finalists, follow up with AD regarding finalists, coordinate a board member to present the award	Concentrated in March-April	Activity clustered into one-month span; all scholarship paperwork and template emails already prepared
Bulldog Bounce	Coordinate this ‘fun’draiser event at Pack the Place (sell numbered ping pong balls for half-time activity to ‘bounce’ into basket	Pack the Place event (typically early Dec)	Activity clustered into 2 week span; all materials in hand; need to line up volunteers and liaise with Best Buddies leads (Janet Collela and Mitch Zilinger)
